Main Features

YLK series high speed fn punch automatic production line is composed of coiler, leveler, lubrication device, feeding device, straight side high speed precision press and absorbing, collecting devices. It is a ideal equipment for fn production in refrigeration.
Using multi level die sets with different specification. It can produce various type fns and other parts.
Main machine has slide hydraulic listing function.
Rolling rail.
Electric shut height adjustment with digital display.
Equipped with hydraulic overload protecting device.
Duplex valves imported from Japan.
Buttons, indicators, AC contactors, air circuit breakers and other controlling devices are imported from international brand.
Adopts PLC, touch panel control system and counter with international brand and cam controller without contactor.
Optional: initial feeding device.
