When the drawing of the new century has come on the horizon, there emerged on Yangtze Delta Region, the most economically dynamic region of China, Jiangsu Yangli Group, which is the leader ofplate processing machinery inside the country.

The headquarter of the group is sited in Yangzhou Economic Development Zone, which is located in the industrial corridor alongthe Yangtze Delta Region. With a total registered capital of RMB 100 million yuan, the group covers a land area of 100 hectares in total, own 1 billion yuan RMB assets and has over 5000 employees. With Jiangsu Yangli Group Co., Ltd. as the parent company (formerly, Yangzhou NO. 2 Metal-forming Machine Tools Plant), the group has 5 subsidiary companies under its control. They are Jiangsu Yangli CNC Machine Tools Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yangli Hydraulic Equipment Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yangli Heavy Machine Tools Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Yangli Casting and Forging Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Yangli Precision Machined Tool & Mold Co., Ltd.

The group is dedicated to the research and development, production and sales of medium and high-tank plate processing machine including stamping, shearing, bending, laser, etc., which are widely used in airspace, actomobiles, military, electrical appliances, metal works, coinage and various other fields, and have been exported to dozens of countries and regions in Europe, America and Southeast Asia. The group has been taking the lead for its aggregate annual sales revenues, and has been listed among "the national key new & hi-tech enterprises", "the backbone enterprises in the national-grade Hanjiang CNC metal plate processing machinery manufacturing base", "the top 100 key new & hi-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province", and "the top 500 in China's machinery sector" for many consecutive years.
